The Bus named "Motherhood"

With the start of spring yesterday, I thought it may be a good chance for me to come back to the blog.  To be honest, lately I've felt like I've been hit by the bus named "Motherhood".  Since the beginning of 2014, I'm just now beginning to feel like I have my feet on the ground again.  Let me also say here that I don't know how single moms manage this motherhood thing.  Or women with military spouses.  Mad kuddos to those ladies.  I have a very involved hubby, and great friends/family, and many days I STILL feel like I'm in quicksand.

I feel like I say this every month, but seven months is really my favorite so far.  Adelaide's personality is emerging and I feel like I'm learning so much about her.  When she meets someone for the first time, she always greets them with a smile, and she loves to chat.  She's a little bit of a ham!  Adelaide also has proven to be somewhat impatient (a trait she most definitely and unfortunately got from me).  I love that I can elicit a belly laugh from her whenever I need good baby giggles, and playtime has really become more interactive between the two of us.

Lexi and Adelaide are already becoming the best of friends, and it really is fun to play with them.  I just can't get enough of them together.  Here's just a small sampling of the preciousness between these two besties.

Adelaide is smart to hang onto Sophie, and anything else that squeaks...
The petting gets me everytime.
Tummy time solidarity!  Lexi is totally a team player.

I mean, seriously.
This is the reason my phone is out of storage space.
SO. MUCH. PRECIOUSNESS!
